Sugar Free Chocolate Cupcakes
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 cup Splenda
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup Dutch processed cocoa
- 6 tablespoons hot water
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions:
- Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- Fill 12 cupcake tins with paper or foil liners.
- Blend flour, baking powder, baking soda, and Splenda.
- Add water to cocoa and make a paste.
- Mix the milk and eggs together. Add to the cocao mixture, and then add to the flour mixture and beat for about 3 minutes.
- Fill cupcake tins 2/3rd full.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
