What a cute sheep cupcake decoration. A great way to celebrate Spring or an Easter holiday party than with some decorated cupcakes. Its simple to make, and will set the mood just right.

You can bake any flavor cupcake, for this cute little sheep. The focu here is the fondant icing which is placed over an iced buttercream cupcake.

Directions

1. You can use store bought, or homemade fondant. You only need two colors. White of course, and you can either color the black with food tint, or buy pre-colored.
2. Roll fondant out with rollng pin using corn starch so it does not stick.
3. Ice your cupcakes with buttercream icing. Note, it does not have to be spread perfectly, as you will be covering it with fondant.
4. Using a round cookie circle cutter slightly larger than your cupcake or cut a cirlce of fondant for the top, and smooth onto your cupcake.
5. Using a small circle cutter, or the back end of your icing tip, cut out the cirlces for the eyes.
6. Shape smaller circles for the eyes, and a pink or red candy, or half of an M&M for the mouth. You can also use a slice off of a jelly bean etc.
7. You will have the cutest sheep decoration.
