Checkerboard Cheesecake, Alliance Ohio

Though I no longer live in Alliance, Checkerboard Cheesecake is a "must stop" place on my rare visits home. As a former pastery chef, (my specialty was Key Lime Cheesecake!) I am always impressed by the consistency of flavor and texture that Checkerboard has. If you're ever passing through this tiny town, CHECK them out- or I think you can order online!
