How adorbable, Easter chick cupcakes. This cupcake is the cutest yellow little chicken. Great to make for an Easter Celebration or a springtime party.

You can use any cupcake recipe. The focus here is on the fondant.

These were made by BaaBaa Cupcake. She is very talented.

1. You can use store bought, or homemade fondant. You can get pre-colored yellow, and black, or white and color with food tint.
2. Roll fondant out with rollng pin using corn starch so it does not stick.
3. Ice your chick cupcakes with buttercream icing. Note, it does not have to be spread perfectly, as you will be covering it with fondant.
4. Using a round cookie circle cutter slightly larger than your cupcake, cut a cirlce of fondant for the top, and smooth onto your cupcake.
   
5. Using a small circle cutter, or the back end of your icing tip, cut out the cirlces for the eyes, and add a black dot with icing, or gel.
6. Shape smaller circles for the eyes, and a orange candy, or half of an M&M for the mouth. You can also use a slice off of a jelly bean etc. BaaBaa Cupcake used colored sunflower seeds.
